Please find attached the lease application for rentals in Silverado. Prior to leasing any properties within the community, the application form must be completed and submitted to kai. 

Community leasing requirements;

• Minimum 6 months lease
• The lease must be for the entire property and not individual rooms
• $50 application fee (payable via check, or online via resident portal)
• Completed lease application
• Short-term rentals including Airbnb’s are not permitted
